Demonstrations

Demonstrating form and technique has to do with ideas and instruction.  Each woodturning demonstration will have a certain order of procedure in turning a blank into a finished piece.   These learned procedures are not random but are methods that reduce the chances of error to a minimum.   Skilled woodturning is based in form, technique and expertise of performance.    A skillful demonstration is based in the ability to instruct, interest and inspire.

My goal in each demonstration is to show safe practices, proper form, efficient tool use and promote excitement for the craft of woodturning.
